Analysis and implementation of a client/server application that enables FIAT AUTO to transfer data between every authorized dealer worldwide and the HQ’s IT facilities.

The result is a file transfer, as well as several ancillary services, with a level of stability and performance that guarantees non-stop service to approx. 6000 authorized dealers worldwide.

The client has been developed in order to provide a DLL library that could be used either in native mode or integrated into the old DCS system without requiring any change. The server part has been developed in the framework of the E-Link system that only allows the use of the PHP language.

In order to allow a dynamic connectivity and the use of multiple application communication protocols, the server can manage both connectivity and communication requirements through the use of a Dynamic Application Engine.

This component processes the required algorithms using dynamically loaded States Machines and/or Work Flows, depending upon the type of connected application.
