The Trouble-shooting project has the aim of improving the repair workshop capability through the reduction of the NO TROUBLE FOUND (complaint unresolved) inside the diagnostic process. Trouble-shooting is the tool that in the workshop context allows following activities:

• help the workshop technician in the diagnosis formulation starting from the customer complaint.
• highlight to the workshop technician the systems/components of the vehicle which can be cause of the complaining.
• guide the workshop technician to use the necessary procedures for verifying the cause of the complaining
